Om Nutrition is the name of my shop that used to be located in Avon, MN. Even though I closed my doors, I have not closed my business of selling products and creating yummy recipes.

 

A lot of people always asked me why I chose Om Nutrition. It's not super insightful I will admit, but for me it felt right. "Om" comes from the sound that people make when they meditate and is said to be the sound the universe resinates with. For me, nutrition and being healthy circle back around to being one with nature and one with myself. My weight loss journey forced me to reconnect with myself. So it felt natural to go with something as meaningful to me as the mediation word "Om".

 

We are all different and we all have different bodies that do not operate in the same way. It's only natural that Herbalife would be there to back us up with a variety of products.
